Ranjana (RJ) Bhagwakar serves as ESAB Corporation’s Executive Vice President, Enterprise Operations where she leads enterprise-wide efforts to standardize and scale the company’s core business processes, strengthen operating discipline, and accelerate integration to support consistent growth and margin expansion.
RJ brings more than 30 years of experience partnering with CEOs and business leaders to build high-performing, process-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Lean and Transformation Officer at GE HealthCare, where she led the design and global deployment of the Heartbeat Business System—embedding standardized operating cadences, KPI management, and continuous improvement practices across the enterprise.
Prior to GE HealthCare, RJ was Vice President, High Growth Markets at Veralto, where she worked closely with regional presidents to strengthen commercial execution, expand market presence across key growth geographies, and build organizational capability in rapidly scaling markets.
RJ spent nearly three decades at Danaher in senior finance and operational roles, helping build multi-billion-dollar business platforms through a combination of organic growth and numerous acquisitions. She played a key role in deploying global operating playbooks, strengthening performance management systems, and delivering consistent growth, profitability, and cash flow.
RJ is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Mumbai.
