Shyam P. Kambeyanda

Shyam P. Kambeyanda is President and CEO of ESAB Corporation and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. As the leader of ESAB, Kambeyanda has overseen the growth of the fabrication technology business, expanding ESAB’s global operations, improving financial performance and driving ESAB Business Excellence (EBX) throughout the business.

Prior to becoming the President of ESAB Corporation, Kambeyanda served as President and CEO of ESAB starting in May 2016. Kambeyanda also served as an Executive Vice President of Colfax starting in December 2019. Prior to joining Colfax‚ Kambeyanda served as the President Americas for Eaton Corporation’s Hydraulics Group. Kambeyanda joined Eaton in 1995 and held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, quality, e-commerce, product strategy, and operations management in the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Asia. Kambeyanda maintains a keen international perspective on driving growth and business development in emerging markets.

Shyam P. Kambeyanda holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and general science from Coe College in Iowa and in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University. Kambeyanda also earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson has been Chief Financial Officer of ESAB since May 2019. In his current role, Johnson oversees the company’s international financial reporting, management, and planning. From 2017 to 2019, he served as Vice President, Finance, of Colfax, where his responsibilities included leading investor relations, financial planning, and analysis, and supporting acquisition diligence and integration.

Prior to Colfax, Johnson held a number of senior finance and system implementation roles at Colfax companies from 2001 to 2017, during which time he gained extensive global experience in roles of increasing responsibility -including as Chief Financial Officer for Howden Africa, a South African publicly listed company.

Kevin Johnson is qualified as a CPA in Australia and holds an undergraduate degree (BSSc) from Queens University, Northern Ireland, a master’s degree in accounting (MAcc) from Macquarie University, Australia, and an MBA from Hasselt University, Belgium.

Michele Campion

Michele Campion joined ESAB Corporation in September 2020 as the VP, Human Resources. She now serves as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer where she leads the global HR strategy for the company in partnership with the executive team. Campion prioritizes integrity, respect, and fairness while driving strategic business outcomes and empowering team members.

Prior to joining ESAB Corporation, Campion worked at Under Armour, leading HR Business Partner and HR Operations & Analytics teams, supporting a high-growth global and iconic brand, and overseeing the work of more than 14,000 colleagues worldwide. Her experiences at Under Armour, McCormick & Co., and BP, among others, built her expertise in leading transformational change centered on efficiency and reliable delivery.

Michele Campion earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and an M.S. in Biotechnology with a concentration in Biotech Enterprise from Johns Hopkins University.

Olivier Biebuyck

Olivier Biebuyck is President of ESAB Corporation’s Fabrication Technology platform. Biebuyck joined the company in May 2017 as Vice President and General Manager of ESAB’s filler metals business where he led the successful acquisition and integration of the Sandvik Welding and the restructuring of its filler metal footprint. Additionally, he led the acquisition and integration of the Gas Control Equipment (GCE) company in 2018, creating a leading adjacency gas control platform. Biebuyck also oversaw the ESAB’s global product lines and innovation including the development and launch of its portfolio of fabrication software solutions, InduSuite. Prior to leading the Fabrication Technology platform, he served as President EMEA and Global Products from April 2021 through January 2023.

Before joining ESAB, Biebuyck was an executive at Honeywell where he served as Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Electronics Materials from July 2015 until April 2017 and Chief Marketing Officer of Honeywell Process Solutions from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Biebuyck was an executive at Lafarge where he held several P&L leadership roles, and a senior management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Biebuyck holds a master’s degree in commercial engineering from the Solvay Business School at the Brussels University in Belgium.

Curtis Jewell

Curtis Jewell serves as ESAB Corporation’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He leads the Corporation’s legal team, advises the executive team on legal strategy, and acts as the company’s legal representative. Jewell became ESAB Corporation’s general counsel in 2020 and was appointed Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2022. He has significant experience leading legal teams through complex acquisitions and cross-border initiatives while driving process improvement.

Prior to his appointment at ESAB Corporation, Jewell was the Corporate Secretary of Colfax Corporation, where he held roles of increasing responsibility since joining in February 2011. Before joining Colfax, Jewell was in private practice at Hogan Lovells LLP, where he focused on securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. He began his legal career at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York City.

Curtis Jewell earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from Washington University in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he also received a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School.

Vusa Mlingo

Vusa Mlingo joined ESAB Corporation in January 2022 as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer. Mlingo oversees the company’s strategic planning, market and growth opportunity assessments, and the company’s global acquisition pipeline.

Prior to ESAB, Mlingo served Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at SPX FLOW, Inc. a leading provider of process solution components and systems. Before that role, he led SPX FLOW’s mergers and acquisitions as Vice President, Business Development. Mlingo also worked for Ingersoll Rand for 12 years, where he served in various roles of increasing responsibility within corporate development and strategy, product management, and capital markets.

Vusa Mlingo holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA from Howard University.

Tilea Coleman

Tilea Coleman joined ESAB in November 2020 as Vice President, Corporate Communications. Coleman has more than 15 years of experience leading corporate communications strategy and public relations for iconic brands and reputable non-profit organizations. In her current role, Coleman is responsible for leading the Global Corporate Communications strategy and function at the ESAB Corporation, including global employee communications, executive communications, and corporate public relations.

Prior to joining ESAB‚ Coleman served as Sr. Director, Corporate Communications at Under Armour. Coleman joined Under Armour in 2013 as a member of the Global Communications leadership team where she was responsible for leading its employee communications function, as well as various corporate PR initiatives, change communications strategies, and executive communications programs. She also served in communications management roles at ESPN and the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association. Coleman maintains a strong ability to successfully design and execute communications strategies that build confidence in a company’s mission, vision, core values, and strategic objectives across key stakeholder audiences.

Tilea Coleman holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Morgan State University. She is also a 2018 fellow of the Executive Leadership Council and an esteemed member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Aroon Sehgal

Aroon Sehgal has served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for ESAB Corporation since the summer of 2021. Aroon is responsible for building ESAB’s world-class integrated operations, and ensuring the company maintains current technology, digital strategies, policies, processes, and practices to align and achieve strategic goals.

Prior to joining ESAB Corporation, Aroon served as the executive director and divisional CIO for the Connect and Control Technologies unit at ITT Inc., a $700 million global aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing operation. At ITT, Aroon transformed the engineering organization with the rollout of a Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system that quickly yielded productivity improvements and improved quality. Prior to his time at ITT, Aroon spent 10 years at NBC Universal in various leadership positions. During his time there, Aroon jumpstarted stalled projects and spearheaded multimillion-dollar integrations that resulted in substainal cost savings and new cash flow.

Aroon earned an MBA from Pepperdine University in California and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Arizona State University.

Eleanor Lukens

Eleanor Lukens joined ESAB Corporation as President of the Americas in January 2023. Eleanor is an accomplished global business leader with a legacy of experience in the industrial markets. Within ESAB, Eleanor is responsible for the overall performance in the regions, driving profitable organic growth across our business, leveraging EBX and 80/20, and strengthening our position with all key stakeholders.

Before joining ESAB, Eleanor served in multiple leadership roles at AMETEK, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices. Most recently, she was Vice President and General Manager at AMETEK, with global responsibility for four operating business units serving commercial aerospace, defense, aftermarket, and business jet. With teams in the US, Mexico, India, the UK, and Serbia, she drove organic growth and strategy and actively identified and cultivated acquisition targets.

Eleanor earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering technology from Spring Garden College and a Master of Business Administration with honors from Temple University, Fox School of Management.

Magalie Darfeuil

Magalie Darfeuil joined ESAB as Vice President, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain & Quality in November 2021. She leads the strategy and roadmap for both functions, focusing on delivery performance, and cultivating strong partnerships with key suppliers. Additionally, Magalie Darfeuil oversees global quality for the corporation, focusing on standardizing the company approach to quality and production across its product portfolio.

Prior to joining ESAB, Magalie Darfeuil served 14 years with Honeywell where she had several different roles in Sourcing and Supply Chain in the United States and in Europe. Prior to Honeywell, she held management positions at General Electric (GE) in Europe and global automotive supplier Valeo in France.

Magalie Darfeuil completed the International EBP (European Business Program) at KEDGE Business school from Bordeaux in France, holds a BA in Finance from Hull University in UK and a master’s degree in International Purchasing from Strasbourg University in France.
